Chinese Style Refreshments--Juicy Steamed Crabmeat-filled Dumplings (Tangbao)

Ingredients: 150g crabmeat, 250g pork skin jelly, 250g pork sauce, lard, refined salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, soy, chives, ginger

Recipe:

  1. Put gourmet powder, soy, chives, ginger and salt in crabmeat, pork skin jelly and pork sauce. Mix them to make a filling.
  2. Add some cold water gradually to the flour to make dough. Roll out the dough into flat circles and add the filling on them. Pinch the edges together into pleats. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 7 minutes or so or till they are done. Remove and serve.
