- Add water to flour and done lard to make dough. Mix weak flour and done lard well to make a shortening. Knife turnips into pieces and let marinate in salt for about 30 minutes. Drain off. - Roll the dough until thin and elastic with a rolling pole. Add the shortening on it and roll it thin again. Roll up and cut into pieces. Have quick cuts on the pieces and put in the filling and pinch the edges. Fry in oil (high heat to low heat) till golden. Remove and serve.
