Ingredients: 1,500g streaky pork, 500g kohlrabi, lotus leaf, granulated sugar, soy, chives, ginger, rice wine

Recipe:

1. Wash and scald the streaky pork. After being pressed tightly, chop the pork into a square-shaped piece. Clean and shred the kohlrabi.
2. Sauté the chives and ginger in a hot wok over a strong fire. Put in the streaky pork, soy, granulated sugar. Braise till the pork is colored. Remove the pork. Braise the kohlrabi shreds in the remained gravy in the wok till done.
3. Put the kohlrabi shreds and pork in a small crock and cover it with the lotus leaf. Steam for about 4 hours.
