Ingredients: 250g lean meat, 200g green garlic, refined salt, gourmet powder, egg, water chestnut powder, chili sauce, prickly ash, oyster sauce, breadcrumb

Recipe:

1. Remove the root off the garlic and shape it like a dandelion.
2. Chop the lean meat into mousse and make a figure about 8cm long and 2cm wide. Coate it with breadcrumb and fry in the hot oil till golden. Remove and place it in the center of the garlic with a bamboo thin stick.
