Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Abalone's Fins

Ingredients: 150g expanded abalone's fins, 10g mung bean sprouts, ham shreds, 500g high stock, and peanut oil

Recipe:

  1. Put high stock in abalone's fins and steam till done. Make a paste with high stock, put the steamed abalone's fins in it and pour on peanut oil.
  2. Scald mung bean sprouts in boiling water and put them in a serving dish. Dust ham shreds.
