Ingredients: scallops, wax gourd, abalone, salt, gourmet powder, chives, ginger

Recipe:

1. Make wax gourd balls and scald in boiling water. Steam the scallops till tender. Slice the abalone.
2. Put in wax gourd balls, abalone slices, scallops in a tureen. Add high stock, salt and gourmet powder and steam till well done.
