Recipe: scald the materials above in boiling water and put them in a tureen. Add chive ties, ginger shreds, pepper, salt, chicken essence and broth. Stew for 25 minutes with the tureen covered. Remove the chives and ginger and put in distillers' grains gravy. Steam for another 4-5 minutes and serve.
