Ingredients: wax gourd, shark's fins, crab ovum, salt, wine, gourmet powder, sesame oil, ginger shreds, pepper

Recipe:

1. Scoop out the pith from half a wax gourd and shape it like a tureen. Steam the shark's fins with high stock till tender.
2. Sauté crab ovum till fragrant. Add high stock and shark's fins. After they are seasoned, put them in the wax gourd tureen. Steam till well done. Pour on thin paste and serve.
