Fish & Seafood Dishes--Saut¨¦ed Yellow Croakers with Grains Gravy

Ingredients: 5 125-150g yellow croakers, oil, distiller's grains gravy, sugar, refined salt, gourmet powder, Shaoxing wine, water chestnut powder

Recipe:

  1. Remove the heads and bones from the yellow croakers. Slice them and clean them in light salt brine. Remove and drain off water. Put them in a container and coat them with the mixture of refined salt, Shaoxing wine, egg white and water chestnut powder.
  2. Heat the wok with a strong fire. Put in some oil. When the oil is half done, put in the yellow croaker slices. When the yellow croaker slices turn white, remove and drain off oil. Add water, Shaoxing wine, grains gravy, sugar, gourmet powder and saut¨¦ quickly. Make a paste and pour on some done oil. Remove and serve.
