Ingredients: big yellow croaker, bamboo shoot, ginger, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, gourmet powder

Recipe:

1. Clean the yellow croaker. Scald in boiling water. Put it in a dish. Sauté chives and ginger shreds in heated oil.
2. Sauté bamboo shoot shreds with refined salt and gourmet powder and place them on the yellow croaker. Add scallions, ginger shreds and Shaoxing wine and steam till done. Remove the scallions and ginger shreds. Put on chives and ginger pieces. Pour on some done oil and serve.
