Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Sturgeon Head

Ingredients: 1 sturgeon's head, 150g peppers, refined salt, gourmet powder, ginger, chives, garlic, rice wine, chili oil, pepper, fermented soya beans

Recipe: clean the sturgeon's head and make a figure cut on it. Add soy-pickled peppers and seasonings. Steam for 10 minutes. Remove and serve.

  1. Clean the fish head and pickle in the juice of ginger and chive and rice vinegar for half an hour.
  2. Heat the wok and put in some oil. Cook soy-pickled pepper and seasonings till done.
  3. Put the fish head in a serving dish. Add soy-pickled pepper and steam till done. Remove and put the seasoning made above and some done oil on it. Serve.
