Fish & Seafood Dishes--Thai Fried Codfish

Ingredients: 250g codfish, sweet chili sauce, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, rice wine, oil.

Recipe:

  1. Remove the skin and bones from the codfish. Knife it into pieces. Pickle them in the mixture of salt, gourmet powder, pepper and rice wine for 10 minutes. Make a crispening paste.
  2. Put the codfish pieces in the paste and fry in the half done oil till done and crisp. Place in a serving dish.
