Fish & Seafood Dishes--Steamed Bean Curd with Crabmeat Shaped like a Fan

Ingredients: 150g crabmeat, 3 boxes of bean curd, 10g black moss, 20g pineapple, 50g carrots, 20g cooked egg yolk, 5g red pepper, 30g vegetarian ham, 50g ham, 1 cherry, refined salt, gourmet powder, lard, egg white

Recipe:

  1. Drain off water from the two boxes of bean curd with a gauze. Add refined salt, gourmet powder and lard. Stir to mix them up.
  2. Beat the egg white to make a paste. Stir with bean curd to mix them up. Put it in the center of a plate shaped like a fan. Cover with crabmeat.
  3. Shape another box of bean curd like a fan. Decorate it with black moss, egg yolk, red pepper, vegetarian ham, ham, pineapple, carrots and cherry. Steam for 8 minutes. Remove and make a thin paste. Pour on the fan-shaped bean curd and serve.
