Ingredients: 500 river shrimp meat, salt, gourmet powder, soda, sugar, rice wine, egg white

Recipe:

1. Clean the shrimp meat with salt and drain off water. Add salt, gourmet powder, rice wine, egg white, soda and stir to mix.
2. Cross the shrimp meat in the hot oil till done, take out and drain off oil.
3. Put the seasonings in the wok and when they become sticky, put in the shrimp meat. Mix them up and place them in a serving dish.
