Ingredients: 10 prawns, 500g flour, salt, gourmet powder, pepper, butter, grape wine

Recipe:

1. Remove the heads from the prawns and shell them, but do not remove the tails. Knife them and pickle in the mixture of salt, gourmet powder, pepper and grape wine.
2. Make a shortening sheet with butter and flour. Wrap the prawns with the sheet. Bake the prawns in an oven till done.
