Ingredients: 200g oxtail, soy, sugar, anise, cinnamon, chives, ginger, wine

Recipe: scald the oxtail in boiling water. Rinse it with water. Put some water in a wok and place the oxtail in it. Add some wine, soy, sugar, chives, ginger, anise and cinnamon. Cook till it is tender. Remove the bones from the tail and put the tail meat in a container. Pour in the gravy and let it cool down. Freeze in a refrigerator. Take out and slice it. Place the slices in a serving dish.
