Ingredients: 500g taros, 75g pineapple, salad sauce, white soft sugar

Recipe: clean the taros. Steam till done. Peel them. Grain the pineapple. Mash the peeled taros and mix with sugar well. Place the paste in a bowl and freeze in a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Take out and place the paste in a dish. Put pineapple grains on it. Make patterns with salad sauce on it.
