Standing at 1331 Middle Fuxing Road, Fuxing Apartment House was constructed in 1924 and is also named Black Stone Apartment House. Probably it is the black stones applied in the walls and some components that bring the four-storey apartment the name Black Stone Apartment House. A big porch projecting from the façade of the first floor is held up by Corinthian orders and topped by a terrace on the second floor. The arcs, which are adopted on the terrace and the walls in the center of the outer walls, and the curved gable and ornamentations, which are set on the middle of the roof, strongly express Baroque style.
