Located at 80 Yuqing Road, it is a three-storey building following modern style with a compact outer look. The roof garden circled by simple iron railings can be used as an action place. The outer walls are surfaced with white paint and some rooms project partially out of the walls in the shape of dipper. The building emphasizes the horizontal lines on the elevation with continuous sun-shading boards on the veranda.
