At 45 Fenyang Road is a three-storey Spanish building with a construction area of 1,236 square meters. It was designed by famous Hungarian architect L. E. Hudec and built in 1932. The gable walls of the 1st and the 3rd floor are decorated with Palladian windows and the south front of the 2nd floor has a small veranda. Inside the building it was ornamented simply and delicately with some side issues featuring Spanish styles. It has a big garden that covers 1.7 hectares.
